I enjoy meeting people and learning about their interests. Our patients and families are the best people, and I am glad to help them achieve a great smile. I work with patients doing adjustments, fitting bands, and inserting and removing appliances. I also take X-rays and work in the lab. My favorite moments are seeing the beautiful, genuine smiles when a patient finishes treatment! I’m new to Hardy Orthodontics, having joined the team in 2016, and I love every minute here!

I enjoy meeting all our patients and families. It’s amazing to watch each person transform from the initial appointment to a beautiful smile at the debonding! I joined Hardy Orthodontics in 2010 and can’t imagine a more positive workplace. I handle a variety of clerical tasks, and work hard to keep everything running smoothly.
Outside of work, time with my family is important to me. I enjoy going to our camp in Lincoln during the summer, especially the camp fires! I love to travel, too, and look forward to my next adventures.

I love working with all our patients, but especially the kiddos! It’s so much fun to get to know them and hear about their day and adventures. They always have me laughing! It’s really amazing to watch kids grow up and see them become confident and happy with their smile. I’ve been part of Hardy Orthodontics since 2000 and love being part of a great team!
My husband Troy and I have two wonderful children, Emily and Kyle, a grandson, Nathan, and a crazy yellow Lab, Remington. I love time at the camp in summer and watching my son play sports during the school year.

I enjoy talking with our patients and their families. Seeing a child grow into a young adult with a beautiful smile and a passion for caring for it is the best experience! I joined the practice in 1984; since I’m a more than 30-year employee, I care now for the children of the children we treated years ago! I assist during procedures, take digital X-rays, and teach proper oral hygiene. I update our OSHA control program and handle our inventory and ordering, too.
I owe my success and happiness to my grown children and two grandsons: We are a strong family of faith and love. I enjoy time outside throughout the year, whether at the barn with my two horses, lakeside camp fires, gardening, or keeping tabs on my Golden Retriever.

I enjoy working with and becoming friends with our patients. Seeing the beautiful smiles develop and watching a patient feel better about their appearance never gets old! I’ve been with Hardy Orthodontics since 1998 and still love coming to work. I provide chairside assistance, and support our patient and the doctor during procedures. I also work one-to-one with patients.
My family and I are BIG Patriots fans! We also enjoy spending time with our dogs at our camp during the summer. Weekends find me enjoying movies with my three kitties.

I am glad to work in a practice that creates better smiles for our patients and makes a difference in each person’s life. I’ve been here since 1986 and am happy about all the friendships I’ve made. I schedule visits, answer the phones, and prepare documents for initial visits. I also handle referrals and correspondence, and order our office supplies.
My husband David and I have been married for more than 30 years. We have an adult son, Alex. When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, trips to the coast, and visits with family.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER
I love helping our patients understand their insurance benefits and their treatment by answering their questions. Seeing a person excited to start care and watching them achieve the smile they’ve always wanted is so rewarding! I started with Hardy Orthodontics in 1981 and am so glad to see friends and neighbors at their visits. I handle our accounts receivable and payable, insurance matters, and financial contracts. I’m here to help patients with whatever they need.
My best friend and I have been married for two years now. Collectively, we have three children: I have a daughter and grandson and he has a son and daughter. Family is everything to us and our top priority. We love the outdoors, cooking, and going for long rides to enjoy nature’s beauty.
KELLY
DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
I like being part of an amazing team — all of us working together to improve smiles! I’m a new team member, having joined the practice in 2016, and I enjoy getting to know our patients and families. I schedule visits, verify insurance benefits, and collect, record, and post payments. I handle a variety of other clerical tasks, too.
My free time is spent with my family, my boyfriend Charlie, and our two pugs, Oscar and Winston.

My favorite times at Hardy Orthodontics are when we take off a patient’s braces and see the end result. Everyone is happy with their new smile and they can’t stop sharing it! I’ve been part of our team since 2003 and love working in a fun, supportive office with wonderful patients, doctors, and team members! I work chairside, to help the doctor with procedures while talking with our patient about what we’re doing.
When I’m not at the office, I love time with my husband Mike and our family. We have two children, daughter Sierra and son Michael II, and a handsome young grandson, Harland. My newest hobby is snuggling Harland! I have two yellow Labs and two grand-dogs, as well.

I enjoy welcoming new patients and families to our practice. It’s amazing to watch each patient’s self-esteem and confidence grow as they see their smile change. The best day is when we take off the braces and see a beautiful, healthy smile! I’ve been part of Hardy Orthodontics since 2007 and can’t imagine a happier, more positive place. I assist the doctors with various procedures and help patients with appliances.
I live in Orrington with my fiancé Marc and young son Brock. We have a Golden Doodle, Tucker, who’s Brock’s best buddy. We love summers here, especially when we’re camping, four wheeling, boating, and kayaking.

I joined the Hardy Orthodontics team in 1986. I love working in an orthodontic practice where we help people develop beautiful, strong smiles based on their specific needs. We provide treatment that changes lives, but always focus on personal care and the connections we develop with our patients. I spend my days working in our lab, where I fabricate all the appliances that help our patients achieve beautiful, lasting smiles!
My husband of 30 years, Rob, and I live in Levant. We have three grown children and seven beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy gardening, quilting, and watching my oldest granddaughter Madison play basketball through the year.
TESSA
DENTAL ASSISTANT
It’s a great feeling to see patients excited to get a new smile. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and I can’t wait to see how happy they’ll be when they finish! I’m a new team member, having started in 2016, and am enjoying getting to know our patients and families. I change wires, assist with bonding and debonding, and work in the lab making retainers and pouring models. I also teach patients about oral hygiene and how to keep their smile healthy.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER
I enjoy getting to know our patients and parents; I try to help them with anything they need. They end up being part of our family and I cheer when they accomplish their new smile! I handle a little bit of everything in the front office: answering phones, welcoming patients, data entry, account management, and processing insurance. I also order supplies, monitor the work flow, oversee billing and statements, and I even shovel snow!
Ellsworth is my hometown and I love living and working here. My husband and I like working on our historic home and spending time at our camp with our Golden Retrievers and Labs. I volunteer with the Ellsworth Historical Society and the City of Ellsworth Historic Preservation Commission. I’m an active member of the Hancock County Genealogical Society and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
